Rotary Club of Montserrat

There is one Rotary Club in Montserrat, the Rotary Club of Montserrat which was chartered on 23rd May 1970. The Club’s most popular event is its Annual Santa Clause Event where toys are distributed to the children in Montserrat at Christmas time.
Rotary is a worldwide organization of more than 1.2 million members. There are 33,000 Rotary clubs in more than 160 countries and geographical areas. Rotary clubs are nonpolitical, nonreligious, and open to all cultures, races, and creeds and club membership comprises business, professional, and community leaders. Members of Rotary clubs, known as Rotarians, are all volunteers who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace locally, regionally and internationally. The Rotary’s motto “Service above Self”.
