		<description>Nice article.... The cutlass method is my favorite, but u gotta watch out for them fingers, might whack &#039;em right off. When we&#039;re in the mountains on a hike or so, we usually &#039;buss&#039; it by smashing it into a rock as hard as possible from the top end of the nut as the seed is closer to the top than the bottom. We also use the a nice spoon-like piece of the husk that we cut off using the cutlass to scoop out the nice soft jelly.</description>
