Counter service from 8:15 am to 4pm, while parcel post is from 9am – 12 noon and again from 1pm to 3pm.

Hospitals
Montserrat has a well-equipped hospital, providing 24-hour casualty service. Montserrat is a UK Dependency and a limited reciprocal health agreement exists with the UK. On presentation of proof of UK residence, free treatment is available at the general hospital and at state-run clinics to those aged over 65 and under 16. Dental treatment is also free for school-age children. Private health insurance is recommended. For specialist treatment, visitors are required to travel to neighbouring islands (like Antigua or Guadeloupe).
