St. Patrick’s Week

St Patrick’s Week is a weeklong celebration highlighting Montserrat’s local culture and Irish heritage that culminates with St. Patrick’s Day on March 17.

Calabash Festival

The Calabash Festival is named after the calabash since the fruit has long been identified as one of Montserrat’s cultural items.

Literary festival

Montserrat’s first literary festival, Alliouagana Festival of the Word, was held at the Montserrat Cultural Centre.

St. Peter’s Parish Bazaar

This annual celebration is also referred to as August Monday.

Queen’s Birthday Parade

An astounding military parade which takes place at Salem Park.
